Its Friday!!!
The weekend is here! Matthew and I are heading to the Mountains for the weekend. My grandparents have a camp on Caroga Lake in the ADX and we will be spending the weekend with them and a couple who has known me forever. Then the last weekend in Sept. we are going up alone. Kinda like a mini Honeymoon...at that point we will be married 9 months and still havnt gone on a honeymoon. We have no cell phone or internet access up there so the blog will be updated again next week! Have a Great Weekend- and A great Labor Day!

Busy Week Ahead....amongst other things...
First off-We have a busy week ahead. We are hosting my mothers birthday party and there is so much to do. Cleaning, Cooking, baking, organizing...all that- plus I dont have a day off this week and Matt is on call. I would like to find the time to visit with Alicia and Evan, and I am going to try my hardest to make it over there.
Secondly- As understood by some, and not by most- (but most who know me know how it is)...I have this uncontrollable want to be a mother. As I have mentioned before- We are waiting until after Aprils wedding to try again. After a year of heartbreak, and the finding out we have other issues with getting pregnant, we decided to take a break and make a plan. This makes me happy because we will be prepared, but it seems like I cant get it off my mind, and it makes me sad to think I wont even be pregnant until OVER a year from now, when all I want is to be a mother. Matt doesnt want to see me sad. But I dont want him to go against what he thinks either. No matter what- we cant even start trying until spring anyway.Even if we became pregnant in lets say- May or June- I wouldnt be showing for the wedding- or showing very little- and should be over the sickness phase.
I appologize to those who dont want to read this...or about this... but it will be a subject I will touch on frequently. Send me an email if you wish to not recieve our blog posts at this time. leahfors@hotmail.com

Update on TTC
Second Blog for today- :)
Matthew and I have decided to stop TTC and start TTSM.(Trying To Save Money!) We have projected that we will have our goal by June or July 2009 and then we will start again. This will also be a good time because I still wouldn't be showing (if we got it right the first time that is-) n September for my sisters wedding. I want her day to be all about her- and I don't want anyone worried about me. Even if we did happen to get prego before her wedding, we wouldn't announce it until after. Hopefully it will happen so we have a spring/summer baby. This way Matt can stay home for a week after delivery. :)

Ancient Chinese Birth Chart
Hello Again! We created a poll Regarding the accuracy of the Ancient Chinese Birth chart. You can choose more then one answer if you have had multiple children, and you can vote more then once. You will want to follow the directions carefully. If you are a mother who was 19 when you concieved, but your 20th Birthday was within that calendar year, you will use the age 20. I.E.- My mom was 18 when she concieved my sister in February. She turned 19 that September. So she would use the 19th year. The poll is at the bottom of the page. Please feel free to try it out!

Its Almost the weekend!
We are so happy its almost the weekend. Matt is on call, but other then that it is supposed to be a good one. Leah gets to come home from Katonah on Saturday, and Sunday is Leah's Cousin Kim's 30th Birthday and her mom is having a pool party for her. At age 30- A pool party...now thats the life! lol... Katie and Leah baked cup cakes today. They are really pretty. and Yummy! They watched Martha Stewart when they were at Leahs great grandmothers house and she was making cupcakes too...thats where they got the idea. Leah is hoping Matt comes home soon because its almost 5:40 and he gets out of work at 4. hmmmm... she worries too much.

Dutchess County Fair/ Katonah
Last night we went to the Dutchess County Fair. It was Matts first time and he promised to take a day off next year- because we didnt get up there until 6ish, and it closed at 10. It usually takes about 8 hours to walk around the grounds and see everything, and an hour to wait on the milkshake line. So 4 hours just didn't cut it. :) But hopefully next year.
So We have been staying in Katonah everynight since Saturday. Leah has been dog sitting Brandy, a Black lab who is high strung and loves to play at 3am. Matt stayed Saturday, Katie stayed Sunday, and Matt is staying the rest of the week, Leah just cant stay by herself. She has this fear of being alone and someone abducting her.Matt is happy she wants him with her because he gets lonely at home alone without her. Tyson will be really happy when we come home!
