Good Day!

I have had a good day today! I am on day 4 of being a non-smoker. I feel good and even healthier already. I am really going to try to keep this up. I am also signed up for FitDay. Its a calorie tracking site. Being that I just quit smoking, I want to make sure I dont over eat. It helps me to have such great support. Alicia and Matt have been so great. I've only had a few cravings, but I've stayed strong.

We have come into contact with some of Matts family. He didnt know that his cousins had had kids, and was surprised. You've gotta love Facebook! :)

I've been spending a lot of time with Lish and Evan. Its a great accent to my days filled with Aunt Irene and Gran. I feel better now that I am spending time with someone my own age, and its always nice when there is a baby around.

We are looking into getting a Honda Accord when we get pregnant, I've come to realize the Jeep isnt going to last forever, and an SUV- as much as I'd love to have one, isn't going to be good for our pockets when it comes to gas. Especially when we are going to try to save money for Baby.

We might go upstate this weekend. My grandmother said its supposed to be nice. Then next weekend we can take Magnum to the Pumpkin Patch so he can get some exercise. :) and so we can get some. We have made a vow to get healthy! :):)

I slept!

It was great! I slept a whole 10 hours last night. 10-8. It was magnificent. I feel so much better. :) Thank you Matt...:)

Dress shopping went well. We found the dresses...on the first try and we are all very happy with the ones we picked.

Wide awake...going on night 9...grrr..

So- I'm wide awake...its 2am. I've cleaned the apt. Did the dishes, started the dishwasher and will empy it when its finished if I am still awake, checked my myspace and my facebook....now I've decided to update the blog...

I dont remember where I left off-so here goes...

My moms party was a hit. Momma and Daniel came up Sunday instead and we went tag saling.Matt has been on call, and we finally got to relax tonight after shopping for Kaylas B-day gift. Magnums Birthday is Monday, and Kaylas is Tuesday.

Todays Plans- 9/13
Get up (if I even go to bed) at 7.
Take a shower.
Lish is picking me up at 8 so we can drop the baby off( Did I mention he sat up by him self the other day... so exciting..I was glad I was there to witness it...GO EVAN!)and then pick up Morgan and head to Scarsdale to look at Bridesmaids dresses with my sister. Then off to Lunch in Bronxville- then to another shoppe to look at more dresses. All in all- there will be 7 of us. Fun.

So- thats about all I've been up to besides the usual Aunt Irene and Gran stuff... Hope I can write more soon...Shopping will be an adventure all in its own... G'nite!

6am...

Good Morning! Im still up! Tyson and I are having coffee( yes- he has his own) and watching the sun come up...we can hear Route 6 getting busier. Tyson went to bed with Matt at 12- and woke up around 5. I started cutting fabric out for quilt squares. I want to start making a small- cradle size quilt. So far I have yellow material. I need a Blue, Red, and Green Mans Size Medium Tee-Shirts for material.One Side is going to be Red and Yellow, the other Green and Blue.

I am watching Animal Rescues on Animal Planet. A Man in Maine on Sebago Lakefell through the ice while playing hockey with his dogs in January. His Black Lab saved him. His Golden Retriever  fell in too- and climbed on his back when the lab was pulling him out. You never think things like that can happen in a place near where you go every summer. 

Well- The sun will be up at 6:27, and thats in almost 10 minutes. Better get going. Its been a while since I've seen the sun come up!

2:03am....Awake

Good Morning! I'm awake and its 2am...again...lol... last night at this time, I was making a salad. Tonight...I am watching TLC and eating a piece of leftover cake that SHOULD feed 9 people. Washing it down with a half gallon of 2% milk. The sad thing is- I plan on eating all of it- and drinking all the milk. I woke up this morning at 9am- after sleeping for 6 hours. I wish I could sleep as peacefully as Matt...but it seems like I don't get to do that until sometime after 3am. I guess its good I can function well on little sleep. When I am a mom, I'll have to...lol... My mother-in-law is coming in about 11 hours with my father-in-law...and I'll be awake and chipper- I love seeing them. Next to my parents, they are the next best parents to me. I'm very lucky. I have great parents, a perfect husband, a perfect marriage and wonderful in-laws. I'm very lucky. I actually have 2 sets of in-laws and they are all great people. My mother-in-law is one of my best friends. I talk to her about everything. Somethings I'm sure she doesnt want to know- and I know I tell her more then she wants to know...lol- talk about TMI. I have already told her that I want to have her in the room with Matt and I when we have a baby. I dont know how many people can be in there- but if we have a baby at PHC- the rooms are pleanty large..and I think my mom will fit in too if she wants to be, and maybe my sister. Four people plus me.

I'm one who likes to be prepared, and speaking of knowing who I want to be there when we have a baby, I already have a Phone Chain for when we go into labor. Its kinda overboard right now, but like I said, I like to be prepared. As well as that, I know the decor idea of the nursery, and the layout, as long as we are still here when we have a child. Trains,Planes, and Trucks for a boy- in Reds, Yellows and Blues, and for a girl- I'm not 100%- I like Bees, Pinks, Purples and Teddy Bears. I know I always talk about having a baby...and most of you are sick of hearing it- but its what we really want. Matt can't wait to be a dad, and since I was a little girl- I've always felt like the reason I was put on earth was to be a mother. I even "breast fed" my dolls when we played house. 

Anyway- I've eaten 1/3 of the 9 pieces of cake, and I've chugged down 1/4 of a gallon of the milk.

I think its about time to stop blabbing...

Happy and Loved

Tomorrow is my mothers party. We've been cleaning and shopping to prepare. Its the first time Mom and Daniel will see or place. We have been doing a great job keeping it clean. I'm proud. :) I cant wait to see everyone tomorrow. Anyway. I just wanted to keep up with the blog. I feel like yelling to the world that I Love My husband. I've never been happier. :) And Matt makes me feel so loved. He makes me laugh and smile. And Giggle so much 
i could cry. i love him!

Its almost 3am...

Here I am- sitting at the computer at 2:45. I have a really bad stomach Ache. Internet is going in and out... really frustrating me. I made great Lasagna for dinner- matt loved it. We each had 2 big pieces. The only problem so far has been what I think is a sauce induced belly ache. I am tired and not in the mood for this. Hope it goes away soon!

Back from the ADKS

We are home, and we had a wonderful time. The first day it was rainy, and then it cleared up towards dinner time. IT was beautiful on Sunday. We got there Friday night around 9:30, and came home on Monday. We played monopoly and batle of the sexes while we were there. We wtched movies when it was rainy and at night, and got up and went to the lake to sit in the morning sun. We ventured out and went to dinner two nights, and went out and acted like tourists on Sunday. It was a lot of fun. Today- I am with Evan and Alicia. It has been a great day. I went to the bank and made my tuesday deposit as I do every week. I'm up to $1,039.98 in the bank. Every 1st of the month the gym takes 30 out- but other then that that money is not coming out of the bank until we need it for baby. Larry said as soon as I pee on a stick and its got 2 pink lines- he is going to put me on the insurance. That made us really happy. We might not have to wait until September! haha- maybe May... we dont have much that goes on in February... that seems like a great month to me!! (then again- any month sounds good to me...)

As of today- Matt and I have been married 8months,9days. :)
